DUE TO THE STATE OF THE BANKING, YORKSHIRE WATER WILL NOT ALLOW ANY ANGLERS TO FISH THE CAR PARK SIDE OF THE RESERVOIR. ANGLERS FOUND FISHING THIS BANK MAY BE PROSECUTED BY YORKSHIRE WATER AND MEMBERS CAUGHT WILL BE EXPELLED FROM THE ASSOCIATION.

ANGLERS MUST:
1. Enter and leave the Reservoir only by recognised marker stiles or gates. Any member found guilty of breaking this rule or damaging walls or other installations may be expelled from the Association.
2. Observe all reasonable requirements of Officials, Watchers or Reservoir Keeper at all times.
3. Observe quietness at all times.

ANGLERS MUST NOT:
1. Must not gain access to the Reservoir before:
(a) Weekends and Bank Holidays 8.30 a.m. (No fishing before 9.00 a.m.)
(b) Weekdays 6.30 a.m. (No fishing before 7.00 a.m.) Fishing to cease 1 hour alter sunset.
2. Must not take vehicles across the Reservoir Head without permission.

Due to vandalism and theft, the bottom car park is kept locked when the sailing clubhouse is unoccupied. lithe car park is locked anglers are requested to use the top car park. If there are cars in the bottom car park when the clubhouse is left in the afternoon then the gate will not be locked.
Do not cause obstruction or block the slipway or main Service Road. Do not block the circular drive-round (for emergency and delivery access only).
3. Must not fish from the Head Wall or bank indicated
4. Must not use foul or abusive language.
5. Must not swim in the Reservoir.
6. Must not annoy others by interfering with their activities.
